The orders received by Clients customers via post and the website and processed in the back office offer great potential for optimization in acceptance, triaging and processing. Client's plans to implement a case management system that will be fed by these channels, among others. The processing of the orders received takes place in various back office departments, whereby this partially manual activity is supported by process automation.

Objective:

Through coordinated interaction between various departments and teams, each of which is responsible for the web area, incoming mail, case management and automation, case processing is to be shortened and thus the customer experience with clients is to be improved and concrete efficiency gains achieved.

Requirements:

• The contractor leads the project and develops the following deliverables as part of it:Identification of concrete and measurable efficiency gains. • Lateral management of the project to coordinate all teams involved so that
• common resources are used and order processes are thought through and optimized end-to-end.
• Driving decisions on technical implementations and
• monitoring their implementation in relation to the project goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management to involve involved and affected parties.
• Regular status updates and communication with internal
• clients.
• Project-relevant tasks (project applications, etc.)

The contractor needs the following knowledge:

• Lateral management experience and assertiveness in order to be able to have a meaningful impact without
• line responsibility and to achieve coordination
• between different teams and departments.
• Technical understanding and experience in IT projects. Experience with
