Are you a swedish speaking pro in ServiceNow and passionate about outstanding customer experience?

ServiceNow is one of the leading Enterprise Service Management platforms and a focus area for Tietoevry in the Nordic market. We are therefore now looking for ServiceNow Developers to perform creative work with our customers.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Servicenow developer:

• You will work in DevOps model to implement/expand ServiceNow modules ITSM, HR, IRM for our customers
• Implement/modify integrations using REST API or Integration Hub
• Explain and present new ideas and solutions to our customers
• Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow
• Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow
• Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution
• Be a part o a global team

We believe you to have:

• Certification as a ServiceNow Administrator
• A few years of experience in ServiceNow developer/ support role
• Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM, HR and/or IRM module
• Good Knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation
• Fluent in swedish and english
  
  
  

It is meritarious if you also:

• Are a Certified Implementation Specialist
• Prior exposure working with international teams located across Europe.
