Job Descriptions:

• Supporting the execution of HR projects,
• Supporting the whole cycle of the Organizational Development and Performance Management
• Supporting the assignment and promotion process,
• Supporting the exit process of employees,
• Supporting to organise trainings which can be useful for employee’s development.
• Following the weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• 3rd or 4rd class undergraduate student in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related fields,
• Eligible to work minimum 3 days in a week,
• Willing to pursue a career in Human Resources,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle complex and multiple tasks,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• High learning agility,
• Having experience in Human Resources is a plus.
