Role Summary

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong product instincts, a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision. You’ll be at the core of our product strategy, ensuring we build solutions that create value for our customers while driving ClearGrid’s growth. You should thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and have a bias for action.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the product roadmap – Work cross-functionally to prioritize and execute features that align with business goals.
• Use data to make decisions – Leverage analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to validate ideas and optimize product performance.
• Stay on top of multiple initiatives – Work across engineering, design, operations, and sales to ensure product initiatives are delivered on time and drive impact.
• Talk to customers – Engage with users, understand their pain points, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Move fast, but with precision – Balance speed with execution quality, making iterative improvements based on real-world feedback.
• Think big, execute small – Define a long-term vision while breaking it down into tangible, incremental product milestones.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a fast-moving tech startup or fintech.
• A track record of launching and scaling impactful products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams.
• A love for execution and an ability to prioritize effectively in a high-velocity environment.
