Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced P2P Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our P2P trading platform. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations, enhance the user experience, and develop strategies to improve P2P trading functionalities. You will work closely with the product, marketing, compliance, tech and support teams to optimize the platform and drive growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage P2P Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the P2P trading platform, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors: Analyze market trends and competitors, collect information about competitors to develop corresponding expansion strategies, and adjust plans at any time to ensure Bybit P2P's competitiveness.
• User Experience Optimization: Identify pain points and opportunities in the P2P trading process to improve user experience.
• Risk Management: Implement and monitor fraud prevention strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and platform performance.
• Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and tech teams to implement new features and ensure the platform evolves to meet market demands.
• User Support: Liaise with the customer service team to address and resolve user issues related to P2P transactions in a timely manner.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure that P2P operations comply with local and international laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in crypto, fintech, or P2P platforms.
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and P2P trading mechanisms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the crypto space, including AML/KYC regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
