This isn’t a role where you’ll just be another cog in the machine. You’ll be joining a small but growing tech team working on a cloud-based SaaS product. The company is moving from startup to scale-up, which means plenty of opportunity to influence decisions, introduce best practices, and help mature both the product and the platform.

The tech stack is modern and robust: Java (Spring Boot), AWS, Microservices, MySQL, React, with some Node and Python in the mix.

What you’ll need:

• Strong commercial experience in Java development, ideally with Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices.
• A solid understanding of frontend technologies (React would be great).
• A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to challenge ideas constructively.
