Develop robust and scalable information systems by designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.

Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing problem definitions, requirements, and proposed solutions.

Engage with users to assess information needs, ensuring seamless systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

Investigate and troubleshoot problem areas efficiently.

Adhere to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality code.

Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, code comments, and clear code.

Define and enforce system specifications, standards, and programming methodologies.

Maintain data confidentiality and security protocols.

Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues.

Work within an Agile development team using the Scrum process.

Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal).

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Solid understanding of general programming, software design, and debugging.

Experience in software documentation, testing, and teamwork.

Knowledge of software development fundamentals, process, and requirements.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles.

Expertise in software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.

Experience in distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.

Java 17+

Maven, Gradle

Spring + Spring Boot

Experience with testing tools such as:

EasyMock, Spock, Mockito, Junit 5, DBUnit
