Cyber Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IAM solutions for both cloud and on-premises enterprise environments.
• Capture detailed business and technical requirements through client stakeholder interviews.
• Create UML diagrams, flow diagrams, use case matrices, and user stories.
• Present user stories and use cases to technical and business stakeholders.
• Design reference architectures for IAM domains such as:
• Authentication
• Authorization
• Identity Management
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Web Access Management (WAM)
• Conduct internal product training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security and access management frameworks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Cyber Security - IAM Professional Services, Microsoft IAM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management domain.
• Excellent understanding of IAM topics related to both cloud and on-premises architectures.
• Ability to produce UML diagrams, flow diagrams, use case matrices, and user stories.
• Experience in IAM reference architectures for Authentication, Authorization, Identity Management, Privileged Access Management, and Web Access Management.
• Strong technical documentation skills and ability to present solutions to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Desirable):

• Experience in conducting IAM training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Familiarity with industry IAM frameworks and best practices.
