The Role

We are seeking a Research Intelligence Analyst to join our Advanced Analytics team.

This position is based in Germany and can be 100% remote. This is a part-time opportunity (20-25 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Project Execution:

• Manages simultaneously multiple projects (high quality reports) under the supervision of line manager
• Creates impactful content for exhibitions and fairs and social media activities of the company
• Delivers the project reports on high quality and by keeping timelines
• Informs clients and KAM’s on status and issues
• Supervises Kynetec colleagues/ external partners like freelancers
• Identifies (useful public) sources and secondary data providers to support the team

Analysis & Reporting:

• Writes client research reports, creating impactful reports with detailed and meaningful insights about the industry developments related to the agriculture input markets (seed and crop protection)
• Suggests headlines/executive summary and seeks line manager approval
• Develops smart methodologies by using inhouse GenAI (KAI)
• Supports client teams by discovering brand and market stories for client meetings and business impact
• Analyses data and use a variety of inhouse tools to run cross-tabs and interrogate the data for meaningful results

Client Management:

• Participates in client meetings
• Supports line manager in pitches

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree required
• 3+ years of similar work experience required
• Advanced knowledge of industry (seeds and crop protection market)
• Demonstrates wide range through experiencing different research type
• Advanced project management skills
• Fluent in English
• Advanced in MS Office
• Advanced report writing and analytical skills
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
