Duties & Role

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and teams to ensure project success.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Apply best practices based on project needs.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure KPI achievement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet business and client expectations.
  • Change Management: Adapt strategies to evolving business needs and market conditions

Skill, Knowledge & Experience

  • Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
  • In the absence of a Bachelor/master’s degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 7 years can be accepted. Mandatory Experience
  • 7 years of experience in the field of business requirement (elicitation & modelling
  • Experience on at least 3 projects in the field of business requirement, testing or project management.

Desirable Experience And Education

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
  • Knowledge of English. French would be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the financial products of the Bank (Loans, equity, guarantee.
