DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Agile Coach will play a key role in driving Agile adoption across teams and stakeholders within the organisation. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams toward higher performance by applying Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. The coach will lead workshops, ceremonies, and training sessions, assess team maturity, and define improvement plans to strengthen Agile practices. Close collaboration with leadership will ensure that Agile ways of working are aligned with organisational goals. The position is on-site in Luxembourg and requires strong communication skills, deep experience in Agile transformation, and certifications in relevant frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and training sessions to enhance Agile adoption.
• Assess team maturity, identify improvement areas, and guide teams toward higher performance.
• Support the implementation of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile practices with organizational goals.
  
  

Key skills and qualifications:

• Deep experience in Agile environments and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Certification: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to measure team maturity and implement actionable improvement plans.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in testing, documentation, training, deployment, and reporting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
