Your Impact

Fleet Team develops end to end solutions to our customers through open-system technologies and maintain operational applications they use. As a team which targets continuous improvement and always adopt to change, we aim and help each other to follow new software development trends and develop an agile perspective by making sure every team member is reaching their full potential.

In that team;

• Work within our cross functional agile teams to design, develop and maintain core applications of Garanti BBVA Filo to satisfy business requirements,
• Manage Filo core applications and develop new demands on them
• Monitor and maintain Filo core applications, increase their performance and quality
• Provide 24/7 support to problems that may occur in the systems or applications, solve problems and apply solutions for common usage
• Develop initiative and new technology projects in the company

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience in Java programming is preferable,
• Experience in SQL is preferable,
• Experience in .NET programming is preferable,
• Experience in Web development technologies and environments is preferable,
• Ability to develop unit tests,
• Strong debugging skills and the proven ability to quickly understand other developers' code,
• Knowledge of the agile software development life-cycle and agile methodologies.
