Thor Companies is paired with a highly innovative SaaS company in Oslo who offer a software solution that is able to monitor and analyse energy usage within commercial buildings. The solution is able to help identify areas of wasted or unnecessary usage in order to cut down, thus driving sustainability. They are looking to invest in their Software Development team to take this product to the next level and international scale.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent speakers of Norwegian AND English will be considered first.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Java Development.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is ideal.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Expertise with Front end techs like React.
