Experience Range – 10-15 yrs expr max.

Location – Onsite Draper, Utah (Hybrid – 2/3 days in office / week)

Job type: Contract W2

Must have skills : Agile Coaching, Scrum Master

Job Description :

We need Scrum Masters with technical background (preferably).

A Scrum Master’s responsibilities include managing the product backlog, facilitating ceremonies, removing obstacles, and coaching the team.

Product backlog Define the product vision, Manage the product backlog, and Help the team understand the product backlog''s goal.

Facilitate ceremonies Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, Facilitate sprint planning meetings, and Facilitate sprint reviews.

Remove obstacles Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team''s progress Identify potential distractions or obstacles

Coach the team Help team members expand their skill sets and knowledge bases Guide individuals on how to think and act in a Scrum-appropriate manner

Other responsibilities Maintain team collaboration Ensure the team is well-trained and understands the agile processes Facilitate communication with managers Keep the team focused on tasks that must be done in each iteration Teach Scrum practices and principles
