We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist Intern to join our Product & Technology unit. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in product management of customer payments and transaction tracking. The intern will support the team in identifying the process gap from raised operational issues, finding out the root cause for domain issues, preparing product requirements, and following through with the implementation of 1-2 initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning about loan repayment transaction tracking and analysing process gaps.
• Conducting industry trend analysis for repayment across different credit and rental products (HP, loans, BNPL, etc.).
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine feature requirements for key projects.
• Identifying process inefficiencies, investigating root causes, and helping drive product improvements.
  
  

You Ideally Come With The Following

• Background in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Skills in SQL and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process optimization.
