UX\UI Designer

Job description:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will have a significant impact on products used by thousands of people.

It will be your job to understand people, to understand how they experience our products and to bring that vision to life.

You'll strive to solve real problems and create intuitive and effective design solutions, taking into account usability best practices.

You will work with the strategy and design teams and key stakeholders.

Your job will be to advocate for the user and ensure that their needs are met, while surprising them.

What we're looking for (mid-level):

• Bachelor's degree in Design or similar;
• +3 years of experience in UX/UI design of complex web and mobile experiences.
• Portfolio of user research, problem definition, ideation, prototyping and user testing.
• Ability to work with different specialists, namely PM, Strategy Consultants, Designers and Engineers
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Expertise in standard UX tools namely Figma or similar.

• Facilitate product visioning through user research, sketching, prototyping and user-testing
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes and prototypes that lead to an intuitive user experience
