Job Description:

Our clients' Data Management department is looking for a Project Manager & Business Analyst – Data to lead and analyze data-related projects. The consultant will be involved in all project phases, from requirements definition to production deployment, ensuring coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Coordination

• Lead business needs assessment and formalize functional specifications.

• Develop and monitor the project schedule (milestones, deliverables, dependencies).

• Coordinate stakeholders and track IT developments.

• Manage risks and escalate critical issues when necessary.

• Organize and facilitate project governance (steering and follow-up committees).

2. Functional Analysis & Support

• Define the functional scope and draft the specifications document.

• Design and validate test plans.

• Assist business users during testing and validation phases.

• Validate deliverables before user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide post-deployment support to stabilize the solution.

3. Communication & Reporting

• Manage project communication with various stakeholders.

• Produce regular reports on project progress and risks.

• Propose process optimizations and value-added improvements.

Required Profile:

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification (Master’s degree).

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in BI projects as a functional consultant.

Key Skills:
