Responsibilities:

• Define and structure business requirements to formalize functional specifications.
• Plan and monitor project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Align stakeholders and oversee IT development progress.
• Identify and manage risks, escalating critical issues to the team manager.
• Establish and lead project governance (steering and follow-up committees).
• Define the project scope and draft detailed functional documentation.
• Develop and validate test scenarios and acceptance plans.
• Assist business users during testing and validation phases.
• Verify deliverables before initiating user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-deployment support to ensure solution stability.
• Manage project communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular progress reports highlighting risks and key challenges.
• Propose process optimizations to enhance efficiency and maximize project value.

Profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification (Master’s level).
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a functional consultant in BI projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and tackle daily challenges.
• Autonomous and proactive in delivering high-value solutions.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
• Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English.
