Pay rate: €90 per hour

12 month initial contract

About the Role

A leading organization is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead high-impact projects that drive efficiency and enable strategic transformation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management – Lead large-scale, high-complexity business projects that deliver significant value, from scoping and planning to execution and implementation.
• Project Governance & Methodology – Apply structured methodologies and maintain governance frameworks to ensure smooth execution, decision-making, and communication.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the primary contact for project-related queries, engaging effectively with stakeholders up to Director level.
• Success Metrics & Impact – Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and track progress against strategic goals.
• Change Management – Drive the adoption of new processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitation & Communication – Lead workshops, provide clear documentation, and maintain engagement across geographically dispersed teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in Agile environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile Project Management, or equivalent (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive complex problem-solving.
• Highly organized with a structured approach to project execution.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data.
