Project Manager

We invite you to join our closely-knit, motivated, and fantastic team, taking your place in our team as a Senior Project Manager based in the Stockholm, Sweden.

You will be responsible for delivery of projects supporting our customers when deploying Dassault Systèmes solution, on time, to budget and with optimum value. This for example includes management of financial reporting, dependencies across several projects, mitigation of project risks and issues and status reporting to customers. The initial project at hand is focusing on IT operations and IT systems change management hence experience of IT management is useful.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of tasks and activities in relation to the defined scope, anticipate, communicate and mitigate projects risks and issues within a shared governance structure
• Stakeholder management and status updates of the key milestone, issues, and escalations to the senior management
• Prepare complete and accurate reporting including financial, internal and external status reporting
• Prepare and submit forecasts for assigned projects
• Prepare, communicate and execute project schedules to fulfil the scope of the project
• Foster strong team sprit among project team members and trust-based relationship with the end customer
• Drive project activities and resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and schedule
  
  

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a Project Management role implementing information systems (PLM, ERP, MES) at enterprise level
• Experience of aligning project work with Agile principles such as SAFe , LeSS or other Agile deployment methodologies
• Demonstrate strong communication and expectation management skills by effectively conveying information tailored to different audiences, including customer executives, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and end users.
• Capable of managing difficult situations and not afraid of being challenged
• Experience working with team from different countries and with off shore resources and teams.
• IT operational, change management and leadership experience with a knowledge and experience of IT global services provision and processes
• Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE 2 or similar are considered as an asset.
• Swedish language skills are considered as a big asset, fluent English skills are critical requirement
