Job Description

If you are an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR professional, skilled in understanding the many facets of human resources, you may be the person we are looking for. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our company culture, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Your contributions will help us create a thriving workplace where employees feel valued and engaged.

Full-Time, Hybrid work in Warsaw

You will:

  • Build a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities and promoting employee initiatives
  • Collaborate with external vendors to coordinate trainings and events
  • Organize internal training sessions and HR inductions for new employees
  • Participate in various HR projects to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing leaves
  • Handle work permits and occupational health matters
  • Deliver HR reports, research and presentations as needed


Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of local labor law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and adaptability skills
  • Full command of Polish and English
  • Proficient use of MS Office
