Junior Digital Product Manager

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 year of experience as a product manager

- Previous experience in a retail/CPG environment

- Experience working with Salesforce, Magento, Klaviyo and Shopify

- Understanding of Customer Journey and UX Principles

Job Description

· Assist discovery and intake process to gather business requirements and collaborate with strategy to layout the lifecycle of the project.

· Keep the strategy team informed of any future new product development that may impact the CX (customer experience) strategy.

· Support decisions around UX (user-experience) to ensure the best experience for our customers.

· Define KPI (key performance indicators) for delivered products and ensure adoption goals are met.

Keep development Digital teams on track by managing the roadmap and prioritizing their bandwidth based on the product requirements.
