As a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to your client groups. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.
You will report directly to our HR Director and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, Ontario location.

Human Resources (CORPORATE HR)
As a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to your client groups. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.
You will report directly to our HR Director and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, Ontario location.

Key Responsibilities
- Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups
- Create a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently and with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel data analytics skills and ability to navigate shared platforms/sharepoint
- Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
- CHRP Designation is an asset
- Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
