Network Engineer

Dayrate Contract: $800 to $1000

Location : Sydney CBD (Hybrid)

Initial tenure: 6-months (+extensions)

Your new company:

One of Australia’s top internet service provider specializing in consumer and business internet service is hiring a Network Engineer for a long 6-month contractual assignment.

Your new role:

As an expert in Network Engineering, you’ll be working on network infrastructure deployment, IP routing, and troubleshooting. You’ll also be:

• Designing, deploying, and managing network infrastructure.
• Configuring and troubleshooting IP routing (OSPF, BGP).
• Maintaining and optimizing Cisco ASR9K routers.
• Managing and configuring DHCP servers.
• As you’ll be expected to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in network infrastructure deployment.
• Strong IP routing and troubleshooting skills, especially with OSPF/BGP.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR9K.
• Proficiency in DHCP configuration and management.
• Expertise with Cisco ASR9K, DHCP, and Internet Routing Architecture.
• A background in telecommunications or ISPs is a plus
