Job Description:

As an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager, you’ll lead a large-scale network roll-out project. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. You will work closely with internal teams (Service Desk, Infra, Platform, Development, Governance, Finance, Marketing, etc.), external partners (all major telecom companies in Belgium), and notaries/notary offices, ensuring the project stays within the set deadlines and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects according to agreed objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of IT processes and ensure compliance with project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies).
• Act as the point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with notaries or notary offices to understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Manage project risks and propose timely solutions to any obstacles.
• Steer project teams and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved.
• Prepare reports and updates to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a similar field. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent at planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of IT processes and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT networks and IT security solutions.
