WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will lead large cross-cutting strategic initiatives in the Price & Promo area, Consumer & Sales Unit within Business Tech Function, where you will focus on delivering technical solutions globally (over 75 markets). This role will give you an opportunity to apply your strong leadership and people skills, while bringing external and internal stakeholders together to create success. You will create joint plans, drive excellent execution and follow-up, while proving yourself as a great team player. As a Program Manager you will be responsible for full span of initiative: from strategic analysis to full implementation and value realization.

Who You’ll Work With

As a Program Manager you will be a part of the Program Management Team inside the Consumer & Sales Unit, with a Senior Program Manager as your direct manager. Being assigned to the specific initiative within the Price & Promo area, you will work closely with the area manager, and on a daily basis with the product team(s) and a large group of stakeholders.

Who You Are

We are looking for people with

  • 3 + years of previous experience in project management
  • Ability to lead and manage projects in a successful way including setting and follow up on clear deliverables and timelines
  • Experience from leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Experience in the relevant area (technical solutioning for price and promotion areas of fashion retail business)


And people who are

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting and sharing findings in a clear way
  • Experience of working with, creating and/or implementing strategies
  • Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to build and establish relationships
  • Self-organized, takes responsibility and accountability in reaching our deliverables across functions.


The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and interested candidates should apply before 14th of March 2025.
