Job Role: Network Operations Engineer (Hyper Care)

Location: Krakow, Poland

Employment Type: Fulltime permanent /B2B Contract

Job Description:

Network Operations Engineer will be responsible for the Day-to-Day availability of the production network. Provide post-implementation support, which includes aspects of the Data, Voice and Contact Center Services capabilities. Work closely with a mixture of Internal and External resources including Vendors/Partners to provide Level 2 support

• Post-Implementation Support

• 2nd Level network incident management

• Service Restoration

• Service Improvement

1. 3+ years of experience in enterprise networking environments

2. Knowledge of technical solutions – SDWAN & WAN Circuits, MPLS, VPNS, VRFs, and

Firewalls

3. Expertise with Network Operating Systems (IOS, Aruba OS)

4. Nice to have

Certifications: Network +, CCNA, CCNP

• Knowledge of networking infrastructure suppliers and service offerings including; Cisco, Aruba, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Zscaler, network load balancers and firewalls,SolarWinds
