About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Blockchain Defi Intern to join our trading teams comprised of a dynamic group of traders, analysts and engineers. In this role, you will contribute directly to bridging the gap between our trading strategies and technical Cedefi execution. You will play an integral role in understanding, reporting and deploying key blockchain initiatives and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

You will begin your internship by completing an onboarding training program to build your knowledge of blockchain protocols, trading and research in the realm of digital assets. We will provide resources and guidance to ensure individuals succeed in the role.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to the success of onchain-Defi development
• Contribute to the creation of technical specifications and architecture documentation for blockchain projects
• Assist with technical advisory, work with the team to devise blockchain protocols, DeFi protocols, and tokenization frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to support project implementation
• Conduct in-depth research on the latest advancements in DeFi, DEX protocols, and on-chain liquidity management.
• Analyze and evaluate decentralized finance protocols, their mechanisms, and their market impacts.
• Assist in identifying and investigating emerging trends in decentralized finance, particularly in liquidity provision, yield farming, and decentralized trading platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to develop models for on-chain liquidity and create insights into liquidity management and trading strategies.
• Monitor and analyze DEX performance metrics, such as liquidity pools, trading volumes, and slippage, and propose strategies for optimization.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• Highly motivated individuals, keen interest in understanding of different programming languages, protocols and extracting value
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident in writing and verbal communication skills, able to present complex technical content clearly
• Demonstrate a strong interest in blockchain technologies
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-evolving, intellectually stimulating environment
• Have technical proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Vyper, Go, Python, and/or JavaScript
• Pro-active team player capable of adapting to their environment
• Previous internship experience in blockchain, digital assets, or related sectors (e.g., FX, Commodities, or systematic investing) is advantageous but not required
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain industry trends is advantageous but not required
  
  
  

No prior knowledge of finance or trading is necessary. We will provide the training you need to succeed.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time 12 week internship role starting in May 2025
• The role is based on-site in Singapore
• A minimum commitment period of 3 months is required.
