Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation, security, and enhancement of platform components. Manage configurations, upgrades, and vendor relations. Monitor systems, address security concerns, provide technical support, and handle user accounts. Maintain platform security and perform regular log reviews to ensure system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration and operation of platform components (Applications, DB, Add-ons) following best vendor and security practices.
• Plan and implement platform upgrades for enhanced functionality and security.
• Serve as the focal point for vendor management, including handling escalations.
• Monitor systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
• Provide technical support and resolve help desk requests related to the platforms.
• Administer privileged accounts and manage users/service accounts as per security standards.
• Ensure system backups and recovery activities in coordination with backup administrators.
• Maintain platform security as per the Ministry of Finance (MoF) security guidelines.
• Regularly review operation and security logs for platform maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in system administration.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint, K2, and Murasalat platforms (experience with Corporate and Convene is a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours when required.
