Job Description:
The Assistant Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking) will assist in booking quality assets through offering credit solutions and credit enhancements for the allocated individual / portfolio of Contracting sector clients, thereby enhancing the service delivery/business development efforts of the section. The job holder will assist in preparation and preliminary assessment of credit application, acquisition and retention of customers, account performance review, arranging optimal financial solutions and customer issue/query resolution, as per the internal policies/ procedures and QCB guidelines.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a bank / financial institution • Graduate from good university; post-graduation would be added advantage • Strong understanding of credit fundamentals and banking environment • Skilled in risk assessment and portfolio management • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
