JOB PURPOSE


The HC Consultant will lead our human capital initiatives aligned with our 2030 growth strategy and HC projects in collaboration with Director of Human Capital.


This role will oversee the implementation of various HC projects and strategic workstreams to enhance organizational effectiveness, HC operating model, employee retention, learning and development, employee relations, HC operations, workforce planning and recruitment, HC systems, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and SLAs with partner entities to support our vision for 2030.


Working closely with executive leadership, the HC Consultant will provide expert advice on projects focused on the 2030 growth strategy, HC Centre of Excellence strategy, leadership development and succession planning, organization development, workforce management and talent sourcing while using data-driven insights to address workforce challenges. By adopting best practices and adapting to market changes, the HC Consultant will help cultivate a diverse and skilled workforce that drives our strategic goals and sustainable growth through 2030 and beyond.

TASKS


  • Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive human capital strategy aligned with our overall business goals. This includes assessing current workforce capabilities, identifying future needs, and establishing key initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent.


  • Oversee various human capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project outcomes align with strategic objectives.


  • Establish metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of human capital initiatives. Analyze data to assess the impact of strategies on employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders to inform continuous improvement efforts.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related discipline.
  • Advantage to have a Master degree or a certification in Human Resources (e.g. CIPD, PHR, etc.).
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Human Capital with at least 5 years in positions with managerial responsibilities; prior management consulting experience (3- 5 years) and proven experience of delivering multiple HC projects.
