Senior Game Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new game projects from concept to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget;
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and market trends;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, artists, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and well-executed product;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs, ensuring the product is positioned for success;
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration based on user feedback and analytics;
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment;
• Ensure the highest quality standards for the game, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and user experience;
• Develop and manage project budgets, making informed decisions to allocate resources effectively;
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the game;
• Advocate for the player experience, ensuring the product meets and exceeds user expectations.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Game Producer in the gaming industry, with a strong track record of successful game launches;
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively;
• Deep understanding of the gaming market, industry trends, and game development processes - to support the team in developing features and content;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum;
• Strong communication skills that will help you work seamlessly with different teams and stakeholders;
• Good aesthetic art vision to ensure the game’s visual elements are engaging and aligned with the overall design;
• Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail;
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration tools;
