In Merchant Business Systems & Compliance team, You will own the transformation of the merchant journey by building an integrated, scalable, and state-of-the-art CRM platform to empower frontline teams and enhance operational efficiency by establishing industry best practices automations and ensuring scalability and reliability of the system.

Ownership: Observability and ownership from Kubernetes upwards are very much what we live and breathe. We handle the whole development process (business logic, testing, database & data streaming, CI/CD, analytics, cloud) ourselves in an autonomous manner. Don’t worry, we’re not alone: We have support from central teams when we need help.

Technology: We use modern tools and technologies. Current stack in use: Kotlin (Spring Boot, Ktor), Python (Flask & FastAPI), TypeScript, React, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

Autonomy: We make the decisions as a team and group of teams! We are free to choose the technology stack and tools and make architectural decisions together. No top-down decisions!

• Design, develop, and customize applications within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Workflows, and Approval Processes.

What We’re Looking For…

• A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application engineering with a proven track record of delivering scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM platform), with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• Experience in designing and delivering systems with a strong compliance focus.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and system integration.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with third-party integrations and automation tools, such as Salesforce or Mulesoft, is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
