My client, a renowned R&D leader in the field of optoelectronics, is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to enhance and expand their innovative product portfolio. .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term product strategy for photon counting and timing solutions.
• Identify and analyse customer needs, translating them into innovative product concepts.
• Manage the full product life cycle — from initial idea through development and market launch — while continually optimising and expanding the portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international experts, customers, and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate closely with development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning and commercialisation.

Your Profile:

• University degree in physics, engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred but not essential).
• Strong understanding of electronics and measurement technologies.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in industry, preferably in product management, product development, or technical marketing.
• Proven track record of identifying customer challenges and translating them into innovative product solutions.
• Organised, results-oriented, and quality-driven mindset.
• Fluent in both German and English (C1 level or higher).
