Business Analyst

Our client, a leading financial investment firm based in Dublin is currently seeking an experienced business analyst to join their team on a 12 Month Day Rate contract. This is a hybrid working position with a very competitive daily rate!

Expertise You Have:

• Ability to prioritize iterative product releases to enhance customer experience.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Agile mindset with experience in Jira or similar Agile backlog management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working across multiple products to enhance functionality using ML models.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data to solve business challenges.
• Some experience with NLP, particularly tuning activities.
• SQL proficiency for running queries (desirable).
• Experience using Splunk (desirable).
• Understanding of Contact Centre software (desirable).
• Experience with cloud-based ML ecosystems or MLOps platforms (desirable).
• Familiarity with feature stores that enable data and feature sharing across ML models.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Exposure to NLP-based algorithms.
