User Interface Designer

Job Title: UX Designer

Location: London hybrid 3 days per week

Remuneration: £50 per hour

Contract length: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Own Outcomes: Drive a mature project, setting product direction and priorities with a small team.
• UI Design
• Figma
• Identify Opportunities: Spot high-value opportunities and constraints for product initiatives.
• Design Systems: Contribute to design languages, improving design quality and consistency.
• Problem Solving: Take ownership of complex challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
• Influence Teams: Align resources across teams, nurturing strong cross-functional relationships.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor budding UX design talent, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Expertise Sharing: Be the go-to expert in UX design principles and user-centred development.
• Consensus Building: Advocate for design strategies, creating consensus among stakeholders.
• Deliverable Creation: Collaborate with engineers to communicate design intentions effectively.
• Iterative Design: Drive improvements through user testing and stakeholder feedback.
