Your contribution to success

• Analyzing large data-sets to understand feedback from our customers, spotting trends and making generalizations
• Defining success metrics and developing a metric framework - Understanding the interactions between various metrics and determining which ones to optimize
• During feature development, identify data requirements on a product strategy and operational level
• Identifying and addressing conversion funnel gaps in the end-to-end customer journey, from initial landing page to checkout, across various verticals
• Enhancing the team’s understanding of customer usage patterns and identifying ways to simplify their experience with our product
• Identifying the most significant opportunities in product development using data from customer feedback
• Assessing the impact of product developments by analyzing their effects on our customers and business
• Creating and conducting large-scale experiments, analyzing the results, and offering business recommendations, while consistently enhancing our experimentation capabilities and culture

Your success factors

• Excellent educational background in Economics, Statistics, or similar quantitative field and proven track record of experience in a similar role, ideally in an analytical consulting environment
• You can create persuasive narratives with data, influencing your team and stakeholders to drive change
• You can describe your SQL skills as "exceptional" and your experience with Python as "extensive."
• You have experience with various BI tools and data visualization products
• You have good knowledge of product analytics tools (GA4, Looker etc.) and different SQL dialects
• You have a strong interest in the broader perspective and can comprehend and contribute to product strategy
