Job Title: Project Manager - Global Labelling System - 12 months initial contract

Starting: April 2025

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a global labelling system across our international operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the efficiency of our labelling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of the global labelling system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, IT, and Operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Train and support local teams on the new labelling system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for medical device labelling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
