We’re looking for a proactive System Administrator who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, automating processes, and enabling smooth operations for a global team. You’ll be supporting end-users, managing infrastructure, and strengthening our security - all while having the autonomy to drive improvements and innovate.

What You’ll Do

Empower Teams With Seamless IT Support

  • Provide hands-on technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage office IOT devices and IT Asset inventory, including hardware inventory (servers, applications, laptops, office rooms equipment, etc.) and conduct regular
  • inventory checks.
  • Third-party software license management (Windows, Azure, JetBrains, etc.)
  • Perform routine office hardware maintenance (lights, fuses, etc.) and assist with any facility-related tasks when needed.

Automate & Optimize IT Operations

  • Develop and maintain shell scripts (sh, bash, or similar) to automate routine tasks.
  • Oversee and optimize network, server hardware, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Support Security & Identity Management

  • Maintain secure IT environments and ensure security best practices are followed.
  • Configure and manage SSO (SAML, OIDC, LDAP) server and client setups. Work with HR to facilitate User Onboarding, Changes and Terminations

A problem-solver with a sharp eye for inefficiencies, you automate and optimize every process you touch. You manage multiple projects independently, driving progress without close supervision. With a cloud-first mindset, you use technology to streamline workflows and improve the experience for the people who rely on it.

What we expect

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of IT Technical Support experience in a fast-pace/ high-impact environment, providing end-user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP also valued), including setup, configuration, and resource management.
  • Hands-on experience with these tools (or their equivalents): Okta, MS InTune, MSSC, JAMF, FortiGate, Google Workspace, Microsoft AD.
  • Scripting expertise in Python, Linux Shell, or PowerShell.
  • Proven ability to analyze logs, policy traces, and troubleshoot security issues.
  • Track record of handling high-severity incidents, including triaging with network teams and vendors.
  • Ability to read and interpret source code to assist developers
  • Clean criminal record.

Bonus Points For

  • A University Degree in Computer Science, IT or Management of Information Systems
  • Knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, LDAP).
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL Foundations, CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+, Google IT Support.
  • Experience with these tools (or their equivalents): Terraform, Ansible, Docker,
  • Kubernetes (K8s), Zscaler, CrowdStrike, GitHub/GitLab.
  • Programming experience in Go, Python, Rust, C, C++, Java, or PHP.
