About the role:

As a Scrum Master, you'll promote agile principles and drive improvements by coaching a team of 11 brilliant techies to pave the way for our new Data platform in GCP. You will be removing impediments and help organize our team in the most optimal way. The team loves to have fun at work and we would like to see a like-minded colleague as Scrum Master, ideally someone who can drive initiatives for gatherings and events. We would also like to have a scrum master that does other tasks such as analyst tasks or more technically understanding the features we are to build to make sure we have everything in place when starting work. Be it verifying data is in place or infra has been setup and so on even understanding regulatory reporting requirements.

We would like to see that you have an understanding of technical systems in order to support the team in optimal way. For example, verifying data requests have been setup, verifying that infrastructure is in place and so on in order to mitigate blockers for the teams features. It is a plus if you have an interest in data analytics and want to contribute to the teams analytical capabilities. You will be working with other Scrum Masters and participate in Scrum of Scrums as well as perform coordination across teams. You will work closely with our product owner and team manager to make sure we deliver on our road map.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Knowledge of lean/ agile principles
• At least five years of developer/analyst and Agile roles.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (DevSecOps)
• Experience of working with data, for example data analytics or data warehousing
• Financial and banking experience
• JIRA/Confluence geek.
• Great positive “can do” spirit
• Fluent in English
