Job Title: IT Governance & Audit Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical resource with experience in IT Governance, Audit, or Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT risk, compliance, and security frameworks, along with hands-on experience using Excel (including Macros, VBScript), and Power BI (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct IT audits, assessments, and access reviews to maintain compliance with internal and external standards.
• Assist with Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and periodic access reviews.
• Analyze and interpret data using Excel (Macros, VBScript) and Power BI to generate reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement security best practices.
• Document policies, procedures, and audit findings in a clear and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT teams, auditors, and senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience in IT Governance, IT Audit, or IAM (Identity & Access Management).

✅ Strong knowledge of Excel (including Macros, VBScript).

✅ Experience with Power BI (preferred).

✅ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

✅ Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).

✅ Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports for audits and compliance tracking.

Preferred Certifications (Assets):

• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• Security+ (CompTIA Security+)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
