NXT GIG is seeking an innovative and motivated Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing AI solutions that drive business transformation and enhance our technology offerings. You will work closely with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to create intelligent systems and algorithms that improve decision-making processes and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI technologies, algorithm development, and programming languages such as Python or Java. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Perform data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for training AI models
  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of AI systems and algorithms through testing and optimization
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing applications and systems to provide seamless user experiences
  • Research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology
  • Document processes, architectures, and key findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role with a strong focus on AI technologies
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in team environments
