ServiceNow Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing ServiceNow applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing technical expertise to ensure successful implementations. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to optimize processes
• Engage with business users to gather and document detailed requirements for new functionalities
• Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and trends to continually improve our service offerings
• Offer training and support to users to promote ongoing engagement with the platform
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Proficient in JavaScript, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer are highly desired
