• 5 days a week in office in Dublin City Centre
• Digital Transformation experience essential
• Insurance client

Core Responsibilities

• Apply best practices to enhance products and processes.
• Lead projects or phases, ensuring ongoing objectives are met.
• Solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and support colleagues.
• Gather requirements, build consensus, and prioritize effectively.
• Adapt best practices for Share Data processes.
• Handle complex system changes and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with squads, product teams, and third-party vendors.
• Work independently or with guidance in complex scenarios.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ensure thorough documentation for Business and IT.
• Understand and align business needs with stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or related experience.
• Experience in Insurance
• Strong expertise in digital transformation (mandatory).
