Project Coordinator

Our client, a Global eCommerce company is currently seeking a Project Coordinator on a 6 Month FTC. The Project Coordinator thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication skills via phone and email to engage with customers. This role involves utilizing various software tools to manage customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will collaborate within a team environment and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized and engaging customer experience.
• Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of customer projects.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with publishing teams to ensure customers are enrolled in the appropriate service package.
• Work across departments to guarantee timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Utilize multiple software platforms to monitor customer accounts and proactively address potential issues.
• Meet performance and quality benchmarks consistently.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives within the department.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
