IT Project Manager /Data Governance & Analysis

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in Data Governance and Data Analysis.

Responsabilities

  • Lead and manage large IT projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Oversee Data Governance and Data Analysis initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry best practices
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to both business and IT audiences
  • Ensure high-quality standards are applied to all project tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs, objectives, and constraints
  • Exhibit strong leadership in driving project execution and stakeholder alignment
  • Engage in negotiations with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Adapt swiftly to unplanned changes or strategic decisions
  • Conduct risk assessments to anticipate and mitigate potential project challenges
  • Apply best practices in software development methodologies, including PMP, PM², Agile, and Kanban
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in managing large IT projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in Data Governance and Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects related to Data Governance
  • Strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards across project activities
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
  • Solid risk assessment and management experience
  • In-depth understanding of software development project methodologies (e.g., PMP, PM², Agile, Kanban)

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience as Project Manager
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
