About the opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in WordPress and React. The ideal candidate has experience building and maintaining CMS-based websites with advanced acquisition marketing techniques such as composable content, referrer-based targeting, and content personalization. We are looking for a self-starter with a senior-level understanding of modern web development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CMS-based websites, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Implement and enhance acquisition marketing techniques, including composable content and personalized user experiences.
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end components using PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our tech stack.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Must have experience with WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Must Have expertise in React and Next.js for building dynamic front-end applications.
• Familiarity with composable content strategies, referrer-based targeting, and content personalization.
• Experience with modern development tools and workflows (Git, CI/CD, Docker, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is a must-have.

• Experience with headless CMS implementations.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization best practices.
