Java Developer - Platform

This is a hybrid role based in our Ljubljana or Maribor office.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation of the backend logic of our product;
• Development and maintenance of our existing and new functionalities;
• Analyzing and helping to define requirements, writing technical documentation, and actively participating in the design of solutions;
• Implementation of distributed and scalable solutions;
• Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to your team members.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 3+ years professional experience as a Java developer;
• Experience in the design and implementation of functionalities;
• Experience with the design and development of APIs (REST);
• Basic knowledge of development tools (IDE, versioning);
• English language fluency, both written and spoken.
  
  

Bonus Points If

• You’re familiar with relational databases;
• You’re familiar with Gradle, Jenkins, and Git;
• You know Spring;
• You have already worked with Kafka;
• You have experience in the implementation of distributed and scalable solutions.
