Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Day to day functioning of the project from inception to the completion
• Detailed project planning and control
• Managing project coordination with other teams, contractors and consultants
• Providing status report to senior management

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate industry for both interiors and civil works.
• Local Experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is a must.
• Knowledge of MS Projects / Primavera is required.
• Working knowledge of ACAD is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
