What skills do you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 4 years' experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, preferably in large corporations.
• ServiceNow certifications related to IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service.
• ITIL certification is highly valued.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSDM/CMDB and ITOM.
• Fluency in English.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Understanding business needs and translating these requirements to the technical teams.
• Collect data through surveys, workshops and tests for process analysis.
• Analyze and model data to support business objectives, especially related to technical implementations.
• Assessing risks and identifying opportunities, measuring the impact of proposed changes.
• Present recommendations to stakeholders, communicating findings and proposed solutions for approval.
• Document findings, analysis and recommendations in detailed reports.
• Accompany and guide teams during the implementation process, ensuring effective integration of solutions.
